Job scope

• • Monitoring and record all daily site activities;
  • Supervise daily site activities and conform contractor jobs as approved plan, drawing and specification;
  • Ensure contractors follow safety rules and procedures at site;
  • Witness all site work and early identified any error;
  • Ensure contractors follow all authorities' requirements;
  • Ensure all material delivered to site is in accordance to the specification;
  • Report in writing any change from specification and plan;
  • To plan with contractors any road diversion and request the engineer to make necessary arrangement;

  • Conduct meetings with other supervisors as necessary.

Job scope

• The electrician would be assisting the charge men and building executive on a day to day basis.
• He would also be required to carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance works as assigned to him.
• He would also be expected to learn and carry out other trades within the organization as instructed so as to be multi skilled. This includes working with air-conditioning systems, refrigeration, security systems, control systems, plumbing, painting etc.
• Take safety precautions while working and ensure all safety codes are complied with while testing and maintaining property and assets.
• Carry out testing and minor electrical repairs such as rewiring, replacement of light fittings, changing fuses, working on audio & video equipment etc.
• Conduct routine inspections and planned preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Assist charge men with his daily duties

• Inspect and test fire alarm systems and carry out minor repairs as instructed.
• Record Electrical plant/main switch board log readings
• Assist in recording mechanical plant log readings.

Qualification

Job scope

• • Carry out inspection of all electrical plant as required by the building executive.
  • Start central Air conditioning systems if instructed.
  • Ensure the LV and HV electrical installation is maintained and safely operated as required by law.
  • Carry out testing and minor electrical repairs
  • Conduct routine inspections and planned preventive maintenance as scheduled.
  • Assist Electrical Engineer and building Executive with his daily duties
  • Conduct No Load and Load test for generators as required. Ensure it is in fine working condition at all times.
  • Keep clean all generators and its surrounding and ensure there is sufficient fuel at all times.
  • Ensure all certificates for the electrical installations and generators are valid and displayed as required.
  • Ensure all safety signs, shock treatment charts and PPE are available in the plant rooms and in acceptable condition.
  • Inspect and test fire alarm systems and carry out minor repairs as instructed.
  • Record Electrical plant/main switch board log readings
  • Assist in recording mechanical plant log readings.
  • Assist in maintaining water pumps, compressors, motors and any other asset as assigned by supervisor.

Qualification
